Air Fried Baby Potatoes

Ingredients:

1 lb baby potatoes (left whole)

3 tbsp Big Mama’s Calamondin Vinaigrette (plus extra for dipping)

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp salt (adjust to taste)

½ tsp red chili flakes

½ tsp jeera (cumin) powder

½ tsp coriander powder

½ tsp chaat masala

Instructions:

Preheat & Prep

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
  • Wash the baby potatoes and pat them dry.

Marinate the Potatoes

  • In a large bowl, whisk together Big Mama’s Calamondin Vinaigrette, olive oil, salt, red chili flakes, jeera powder, coriander powder, and chaat masala.
  • Toss the whole baby potatoes in the marinade until evenly coated.
  • Let them sit for 10-15 minutes to absorb the flavors.

Air Fry to Perfection

  • Arrange the marinated potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Air fry for 18-22 minutes, shaking the basket every 5-7 minutes, until the potatoes are crispy on the outside and fork-tender inside.
