Ingredients:
1 lb baby potatoes (left whole)
3 tbsp Big Mama’s Calamondin Vinaigrette (plus extra for dipping)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
½ tsp red chili flakes
½ tsp jeera (cumin) powder
½ tsp coriander powder
½ tsp chaat masala
Instructions:
Preheat & Prep
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
- Wash the baby potatoes and pat them dry.
