Cancellation Policy
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order or try before you buy. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
Subscription Policy
When you subscribe to Big Mama’s Backyard Garden products, you’ll receive automatic recurring deliveries at the frequency you select during checkout. Subscription customers may also receive exclusive savings or promotional pricing.
By placing a subscription order, you authorize Big Mama's Foods to charge your selected payment method for future recurring orders until your subscription is canceled.
Minimum Subscription Commitment
To receive subscription pricing and promotional discounts, subscriptions require a minimum commitment of two (2) processed shipments before cancellation is permitted.
Subscriptions may be canceled after your second subscription order has been processed and shipped.
Managing Your Subscription
You may manage your subscription at any time by logging into your customer portal. From there, you can:

Skip a shipment

Change your delivery frequency

Update your shipping address

Update payment information

Pause your subscription
Skipping or pausing shipments does not count toward the two-shipment minimum commitment required before cancellation.
Cancellation Policy
After your second shipment has been processed and shipped, you may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal or by contacting our customer support team.
To avoid being charged for your next order, cancellations must be submitted at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date.
If an order has already been processed or shipped before your cancellation request is received, that order will still be fulfilled and is not eligible for cancellation or refund.
Subscription Pricing & Product Availability
Subscription pricing is subject to change. Any pricing changes will apply to future subscription orders only.
If a subscribed product becomes unavailable, we may delay, substitute, or cancel the subscription item and notify you accordingly.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
Try before you buy
When you purchase a try before you buy item, we authorize your payment method before fulfilling the order. You will have a certain amount of time to decide if you want to keep the item. Once the time period has passed, if you have not returned the item, we will charge your payment method for the full amount.
