Because our products are food items, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds once they have left our care. This is to ensure the highest standard of food safety and integrity for all of our customers. Once a product has been purchased and delivered, we can no longer verify how it has been stored or handled, and therefore cannot guarantee its quality or safety if returned. For this reason, all sales are final.
