This dressing is the perfect pairing with so many of my favorites. It's crisp bright flavor brings me back to my Italian family childhood and picking fresh vegetables in the garden with Papa. It makes our meals even more vibrant. I especially love dipping artichoke leaves in it or drizzled over salmon and fresh zucchini. A dressing that will not disappoint.

Purchased 2 bottles hoping they would taste as good as described. Pleasantly surprised to find its even better than I hoped. Best dressing ever for fresh veggies, took my cucumber salad to another dimension. I won't be wasting a drop and definitely hiding bottle for myself!
